Peyton Halsey BA

Public Health Intern

Peyton is a master’s student at Northwestern University’s Program in Public Health at the Feinberg School of Medicine. She plans to graduate in June 2024. Prior to this, Peyton received her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in Global Health and Psychology. Throughout her studies, Peyton played five seasons with the Northwestern field hockey team. Her experiences surrounded by strong women inspired her to become an advocate for women’s health.

Peyton’s public health interests lie in reproductive health, menstrual health, and hygiene. Particularly, she would like to reduce the stigma surrounding these topics while increasing access and improving quality of care in these areas. She is committed to improving health equity for women.

Peyton is excited to intern with NDoula and be a part of their meaningful projects and advocacy work.
