Natalie Orozco De Leon, MPH

Operations Manager 

Natalie is a recent graduate of the Master of Public Health program at Northwestern University
Feinberg School of Medicine, with plans to attend medical school to pursue her goal of becoming a physician. Passionate about health equity, reproductive justice, and community-centered care, she is dedicated to advancing integrative, trauma-informed, patient-centered health care and patient advocacy, particularly for immigrant populations and
LGBTQ+ communities.


Her work and research interests include women’s and sexual health, the intersections of structural oppression, birthing person health disparities, and culturally responsive healthcare. She has previously contributed to urogynecological clinical research, aiming to enhance reproductive and gynecological health outcomes for women in the DC area. Natalie’s
experience also spans nonprofit and global health initiatives, including internships with non-profit organizations in Bolivia and Guatemala, where she focused on sexual health education, STI stigma reduction, and education accessibility. As NDoula’s Operation Manager, Natalie will contribute to the success of the team by enhancing internal systems, fostering cross-team collaboration, and supporting the smooth implementation of programs and advocacy
efforts.
