Francene Harris has over 25 years federal government experience analyzing environmental data related to health equity and cumulative impacts of Environmental Justice on communities.

Her current focus involves deep listening in order to understand the issues impacting women, children, and communities of color. Francene is committed to being an advocate whenever possible to uplift and support the community.
